A certified process server acts as an unbiased third-party to your legal proceedings. Process Servers are officers of the court.
2. How do I know that my papers have been served?
Nampa Process Service & Investigations will contact you at every attempt made. Generally, three attempts are included in your fee. When the documents have been successfully served, we create an affidavit of service that we file with the court within 48 hours of serving your documents. A copy of the certificate of service will be mailed to you.
